Basic filing checklist: Outlining next steps, deadlines, and where/how to file.
Referral list: To legal aid or licensed attorneys if substantive legal advice is needed.

Intermediate Service

$149.00

Includes:

Up to 90 Minutes of work: In-depth intake, preparation, and follow‑up.
Completion of additional court forms: Based on client facts (e.g., petition, response, subpoena list).
Document organization: Assembling filing packets, exhibits, and cover sheets into a ready‑to‑file binder or PDF.
Procedural navigation guidance: Pain‑language explanation of deadlines, filing logistics, and next steps.
Email follow‑up: With a summary of completed documents and clients’ needs checklist.

Boundaries:

Clerical/document support only; substantive legal review must be done by a supervising attorney.
Referral list: To legal aid or licensed attorneys if substantive legal advice is needed.
Additional hours billed at $45/hr.

Advanced Service

$199.00

Includes:

Two hour intake and case review: By phone, Zoom, or in‑person to collect facts, discuss needs for community resources, and identify ongoing clients’ needs.
Completion of up to four court forms: Assistance with documents and prepared strictly from client‑provided facts; delivered in Word and PDF.
Skilled management and organization: With case files, including discovery, evidence, and client records.
Advocate for client: Assisting Client in achieving community stability and reintegration to support their legal defense.
Resource Development: Assist Client on building and maintain a strong network of community resources and service providers.
Follow‑up email: Summarizing deliverables, next steps, and referrals to licensed Colorado Attorneys if legal advice is needed.
Boundaries
- No legal advice, legal strategy, or court representation. No filing on client’s behalf unless separately arranged and authorized.
